She has experience in Inpatient and Outpatient Psychiatry including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). She has managed a broad range of psychiatric issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis and dual diagnosis.
Aside from Mental Health, she has a strong work experience in Pediatric Neurology (mainly Neurodevelopmental and Neurobehavioral Disorders in Children) and Primary Care Pediatrics.
Her main interests include ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and comorbid behavioral problems in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Ms. Tiongco believes that the best practice for treating many behavioral and psychiatric conditions includes a combination of medication and psychotherapy. Her treatment approach is holistic, evidence-based and individualized.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets (2 dogs and 2 cats). She likes reading, traveling, road trips, hiking and gastronomic adventures.
